Clinical Sales Manager Job Description

About the Role:
Cour Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and New England regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in assigned regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales team members.
  • Travel up to 40-50% to meet with customers and partners.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience or equivalent management experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
