Job Title: Regional Director Sales Independent

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to manage a team of sales executives in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will have experience managing sales teams carrying multi-million dollar quotas and driving new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, direction, and management of the regional sales team to achieve annual sales objectives.
  • Direct and manage the recruiting, hiring, training, and development of sales staff.
  • Direct and manage sales productivity and profitability to achieve designated profit objectives within respective geographical responsibility.
  • Interface with customers, providing relationship management support related to sales and service matters.
  • Partner closely with other Commercial functions to develop appropriate compensation, pricing, and marketing strategies for hospital sales.

Requirements:

  • Education equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or the equivalent in related work experience.
  • Ten or more years of sales experience, including five to seven years of sales management experience or corporate account management experience.
  • Experience in managing teams in the healthcare industry, including those that serve or manage single, large & multi-site healthcare facilities or large-scale healthcare enterprises.
