La Colombe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the North region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business unit revenue and profitability targets across the North region.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure successful implementation and execution of sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the National Accounts and Food Service Teams to develop and implement strategic projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors in the North region.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Business-to-Business Sales within the hospitality or coffee industry.
  • At least 5 years experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in your professional career.
  • Positive and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally.
