Job Overview
As a Technical Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering commissioning, operational, and maintenance support for water treatment systems across diverse locations.

This essential position requires expertise in various technologies, including clarification, media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), and ultrafiltration (UF).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide commissioning, operational, and maintenance support for water treatment systems at various customer sites.
  • Engage with a range of technologies such as clarification, media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, and ultrafiltration.
  • Oversee project installation, commissioning, and rehabilitation activities.
  • Ensure safe and effective technical direction and inspections for rebuild projects and extended scope projects.
  • Verify that installations comply with company specifications.

Equipment Commissioning
Responsibilities include:

  • Commissioning equipment such as mixers, valves, air compressors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.
  • Assist clients with the installation of filter media.
  • Conduct thorough controls testing to confirm system functionality as per design.
  • Support clients during initial plant operations.
  • Train client operators on effective plant operation.
  • Communicate schedules and address issues with clients and the company.
  • Monitor and optimize equipment performance.
  • Supervise the installation and replacement of proposed equipment.
  • Install, maintain, and calibrate chemical injection systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and control systems for various equipment.
  • Create and maintain site documentation, providing clients with detailed technical summaries of work completed.
