Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers within the geographical zones Fresh Baguette already serves.
  • Present Fresh Baguette's products and demonstrate expertise in a compelling manner, tailored to each prospect and customer profile.
  • Manage a structured sales process to qualify new opportunities, convince prospects that Fresh Baguette is the best choice for their business, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the head of production and delivery to ensure timely and accurate product fulfillment, meeting customer expectations.
  • Train and support customers on using Fresh Baguette's order delivery system, ensuring seamless order placement and fulfillment.
  • Analyze customer needs and requests—whether related to new products, business terms, or food safety—and work with the management team to provide suitable solutions.
  • Monitor and ensure that all customers effectively adhere to agreed payment terms.
  • Contribute to the company's overall wholesale business strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in B2B sales roles, ideally with experience working in multicultural environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Deal-closing expertise, with a proven track record of successfully closing sales opportunities and driving business growth.
