Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional MTM Manager to join our Made to Measure team. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting and developing our Made to Measure services, providing a world-class personalized experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Analyze accounts, create monthly reports, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth.
  • MTM Development: Continuously develop and improve our Made to Measure services to meet customer needs.
  • Sales Maximization: Utilize data and market knowledge to maximize sales and revenue across multiple stores.
  • Event Planning: Propose and organize store events to generate business and drive external sales.
  • Benchmarking: Monitor competitor business and brand activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Sales Goals: Set and achieve monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets with sound action plans.
  • Event Support: Organize and lead MTM/VIP events and Trunk Shows.
  • Pricing Recommendations: Provide pricing recommendations to relevant functions based on competitor pricing structures.
  • Seasonal Preparation: Prepare and ship seasonal albums/bunches, and support the preparation of price lists and Seasonal Selling Instructions.

Customer Relationships and Customer Service

  • Customer Service: Ensure the highest levels of MTM services are provided, and customers receive the perfect fit.
  • Customer Feedback: Obtain feedback from customers and communicate it to the Director.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide thorough knowledge of products to inspire customer trust and offer styling advice.

People Development

  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new hires by facilitating MTM training.
  • Training: Organize and deliver MTM training to ensure existing teams are up-to-date with best practices and knowledge.
  • Communication: Develop store communication content and ensure best practices are consistently shared.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience of 3-5 years in providing MTM related services.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
  • Key role in organizing and managing MTM related events successfully.
  • Proven record in consistently providing and ensuring customer service that communicates luxury.
  • Demonstrated intimate knowledge and understanding of products and Zegna collection.
  • Team leadership experience includes coaching operational, technical, and customer care skills.
