As a Regional Manager for Zegna Nordstrom, you will be responsible for executing the business strategy, promoting our casual luxury brand, and achieving business objectives for your assigned location.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development and Sales Management
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in all doors within the assigned district.
  • Identify and maximize business potential of each store, defining action plans to ensure target achievements and engaging Store and Floor Managers on required contribution to targets.
  • Translate store KPIs into action plans for the team, providing clear and challenging goals and holding the team accountable.
  • Standardize best practices for selling and customer service, holding the team accountable for consistent execution.
  • Actively support the team on the sales floor to optimize productivity, actively coaching the team to enhance individual performance.
  • Drive MTM business by identifying opportunities through DSA's and personal shoppers, partnering with MTM team to provide support as needed.
  • Interpret competitors' activity, market environment, and competitive marketing practices to propose new ideas for business development.
  • Stay apprised of Nordstrom programs/activities and align as appropriate.
  • Provide input on annual/seasonal sales targets by door.
Customer Understanding & Engagement
  • Develop a deep personal connection with the store's top clients, developing customized strategies for growing the top spending customer segment.
  • Partner with sales associates to leverage client insights to delight them and foster brand loyalty.
  • Develop "story telling" capabilities within the team to ensure the highest level of customer connection, instilling passion for the brand.
  • Partner with local Merchandising team providing effective feedback on products and collections.
  • Monitor new product receipts and transfers, ensuring product reaches the selling floor on a timely basis.
  • Insure timely execution of product consolidations.
  • Provide context to weekly selling reports including performance vs. competitors.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience within leadership roles within the retail, hospitality, and/or client service background.
  • Possess a passion for the luxury menswear industry.
  • Experience with selling, product knowledge, inventory control, loss prevention, employment cycle, policy, and compliance.
  • Travel required.
  • Generates customer delight.
  • Proficient with digital technology.
  • Familiar with Apple products is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $110,000-$120,000 annually with bonus potential. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
