Job Description

About the Role:

The Regional Manager will oversee the sales development of Hermès Maison & Puiforcat in the Northeast & Canada region. This includes managing the distribution of the collections through Hermès boutiques, wholesale network, and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies for the region and implement them in collaboration with the Merchandising team.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide feedback to the team to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.
  • Manage the distribution of Hermès Maison & Puiforcat through authorized boutiques and develop consistent sales throughout the region.
  • Monitor stocks and provide training to boutiques on new products and selling techniques.
  • Ensure that boutiques meet the company's expectations in terms of product offering and visual merchandising.
  • Develop relationships with interior designers, specifiers, and developers to increase sales to this category.
  • Participate in tradeshows and events to promote the brands and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within a similar market.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and manage a team.
  • Self-motivating and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of French is a plus.
