  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, effectively prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with the accounting team, providing support and addressing their requests promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in general office administration, human resources practices, and administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks software and Accounts Payable procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with property management or real estate transactions is a valuable asset.

Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
