- Process financial transactions in QuickBooks, accurately recording all income and expenses for different departments within the company.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, effectively prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with the accounting team, providing support and addressing their requests promptly and efficiently.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience in general office administration, human resources practices, and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software and Accounts Payable procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with property management or real estate transactions is a valuable asset.
Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
