Senior Product Manager, Financial Automation, Amazon Smart Vehicles

This is a unique opportunity to impact the customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge automotive solutions that will be used daily by people you know.
As a Product Manager, you will own the product vision, synthesize customer and business requirements into product roadmaps, and launch new features from start to finish. You will work closely with our business development teams, commercial management, global financial systems teams, accounting operations, tax, treasury, and many others to deliver a scalable, secure, and flexible financial automation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy and vision supported by internal data and external analysis.
- Define creative, high-quality, simple product requirements and roadmaps based on product strategy.
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support requirements.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key partners.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver products to market using agile development methodologies.
- Stay current and report on industry trends, including new opportunities, competitor capabilities, etc.
- Measure and analyze existing products and business models for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to developers and customers.
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
A Day in the Life:
You will drive requirements and execution of an innovative experience on behalf of Amazon customers. This role has high visibility, cross-functional in nature, and involves working with both internal teams at Amazon and external to the company.
You will be a Product Manager with dedicated ownership of financial automation for our entire portfolio of products. You will own product vision, synthesize customer and business requirements into product roadmaps, and launch new features from start to finish.
You will be a key champion of this product to the industry externally, working directly with strategic partners.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
- Master's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.
