Job Summary

The Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a skilled Patient Access Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our ambulatory site, you will provide administrative and clinical support to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support
  • Manage patient flow and coordinate clinical and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Graduation from an accredited medical assistant program
  • Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider
  • Linguistic capabilities: ability to write and verbally communicate in English
  • Knowledge of a second language preferred
  • Work experience: minimum of 2 years as a Medical Assistant preferred
