- Travel Coordination: Organize domestic and international travel, including travel authorizations, flight bookings, and expense reports.
- Meeting Coordination: Plan and organize meetings, including conference registrations, room reservations, and local travel.
- Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical tasks, such as scanning, copying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
- Information Management: Maintain the lab website, internal Wiki site, and ensure supply orders are placed efficiently.
- Protocol Management: Work with the lab manager to ensure protocols are submitted on time.
- Pre-Award Coordination: Manage the grant submission process, including updating lab members on new fellowships and grant opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree
