About the Role:

As a Door to Door Sales Representative at Optimum, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to understand the unique needs of each customer and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customized Solutions: Develop and implement customized telecom packages that meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements in the telecom industry.
  • Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches that showcase the benefits of our products and services.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements with customers, ensuring that they are satisfied with their purchase.
  • Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision and accuracy.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sales support and assistance.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow sales team members to achieve collective goals and objectives.
  • Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas, demonstrating a commitment to personal and team success.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices at all times.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of previous door-to-door selling experience.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivator with a knack for working independently.
  • Proficient computer and technical skills, with the ability to support customers with their telecom needs.
  • Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to work full-time.
