Wine Sales Representative

Tri-Vin Wines and Spirits is seeking a highly motivated and professional-minded Wine Sales Representative to join our team in Westchester County, NY USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with off and on-premise accounts to deliver successful presentations and drive sales of wine and spirits.
- Grow sales by working directly with retailers, increasing product placements, and opening new accounts.
- Plan and execute daily sales calls via a pre-determined account run, meeting or exceeding service expectations and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with supplier representatives and managers to promote sales in the territory.
- Participate in trade and in-store tasting events, set up tastings with account managers, and follow up accordingly.
- Communicate and work with suppliers in the market to improve product marketability through shelf management, display position, and price point.
- Effectively plan on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to achieve applicable sales goals and follow through on important issues.
Requirements:
- Three years of wholesale experience or commensurate experience in the hospitality industry, with strong interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of wine, new and old world, and a desire to expand wine education.
- Ability to create opportunities and close sales.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent personal and written presentation and communication skills.
- Computer literate and tech savvy.
- Valid Driver's license and Motor Vehicle Record.
