Position Summary: As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in the real estate sector, guiding clients through the processes of purchasing, selling, and leasing properties. This position offers a unique chance to collaborate closely with the principal broker, gaining comprehensive insights into various facets of real estate, including management, sales, rentals, and investment opportunities. You will foster meaningful relationships, comprehend client requirements, and adeptly navigate the market to fulfill those needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and pursue leads for property transactions.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and financing options.
- Establish competitive pricing by analyzing comparable properties.
- Create detailed listings for real estate properties, highlighting key features and specifications.
- Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and renters.
- Present purchase offers to property sellers.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Ensure that purchase agreements align with the agreed-upon terms.
- Promote property sales through marketing efforts, open houses, and participation in listing services.
- Maintain real estate licensure and stay informed on industry developments through educational opportunities and professional organizations.
Qualifications:
- New agents are encouraged to apply.

- Commitment to joining NAR and HGAR within 90 days of employment.
