Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements
  • Self-motivated with a strong sales drive and ability to exceed customer expectations.
  • Heavy equipment or technical background is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to perform machine inspections.
  • Knowledge and ability to apply the seven principles of the KOMATSU Way to everyday work activities.
  • Strong commitment to safety and ability to procure cooperation of team members.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the equipment or related industry with direct product support and sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills to handle diverse business needs.
Compensation and Benefits

At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The base pay for this role is $50,000 annually. This position is also commission eligible, with commission typically ranging between $75,000 and $150,000 annually. Employees may be eligible for a bonus based on overall corporate and individual performance.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and reimbursement for certain educational expenses. Komatsu benefits programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
