Position Summary:
(Part Time and Full Time Positions Available)
The Sales Representative serves as the customer service expert within the store.

They are tasked with surpassing customer expectations by understanding their needs, identifying suitable products, providing detailed information about the items of interest, and successfully completing the sale.


Core Responsibilities:
Achieve and surpass sales targets
Uphold brand and operational standards (visual presentation, cleanliness, etc.)

Address customer needs and exceed expectations by adhering to the UNIQLO service standards, following the UNIQLO Fundamental Principles, and utilizing the 6 standard phrases.

Be well-versed in fitting room protocols and assist as necessary
Function as a cashier when required, adhering to cashier procedures
Handle incoming shipments and ensure all merchandise is displayed on the sales floor in a complete size range
Collaborate with management to identify and resolve store issues
Provide customers with product and brand insights
Comply with all company policies and procedures & inform management of any violations
Assist with special projects as directed by management

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent communication abilities
Capability to perform calculations involving discounts and percentages
Willingness to work a flexible schedule that accommodates business needs, including evenings and weekends
