Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales productivity, census, and occupancy across assisted living, health centers, and memory care communities
  • Supervise and mentor Sales Directors and admissions teams to achieve performance goals
  • Collaborate with the support center and local communities to develop annual census, occupancy, and budgetary goals
  • Develop and implement company-wide sales and move-in training curriculum and systems protocols
  • Participate in sales presentations and callouts to coach and monitor performance
  • Manage health care payor sources, including Medicare, Medicaid, PPOs, HMOs, and private pays
  • Lead occupancy improvement action plans for struggling properties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10-12 years of CCRC sales experience
