Job Description

Ronin Group is seeking a highly skilled QC Specialist to join our team in the quality control department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate quality control aspects of multiple business opportunities, including method development and R&D.
  • Collaborate with current QC lab staff to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform analytical testing and data analysis to ensure product quality.
  • Assist with instrument maintenance and troubleshooting, and ensure equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.
  • Follow quality system guidelines, including SOPs, change controls, and deviation reporting.
  • Complete required training and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • At least 1 year of analytical laboratory experience, preferably in a chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
  • Project management experience and knowledge of quality control procedures.

Physical Attributes:

  • Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Able to sit, stand, hear, and use hands to operate equipment for extended periods of time.
  • Able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
