We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardio-Pulmonary team at Carle Health. As a Cardio-Pulmonary Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to adult patients with cardiac and pulmonary conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage care plans for patients with cardiac and pulmonary conditions
  • Administer medications and evaluate their effects
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including pain management and IV venipuncture
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and laboratory results
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Document all patient care using electronic medical records
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing
  • Registered Professional Nurse (RN) License in Illinois
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of hire
