Job Overview

Gordon Chevrolet is seeking a part-time Receptionist to become an integral part of our Switchboard operator team. The Receptionist will be responsible for warmly welcoming and assisting all customers and vendors as they arrive at the call center desk.

The ideal candidate will create a positive and professional first impression for all visitors. This individual should possess outstanding communication and customer service abilities. A fundamental understanding of administrative and clerical processes is essential, along with the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain police book records

- Process warranty cancellations

- Facilitate used car purchases

Additional duties include:

- Light filing as required
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor as they enter the showroom
- Handle all incoming phone calls directed to the main office and route them appropriately
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and manage refunds

- Provide backup cashiering support

Other various tasks as needed.
