This role combines the responsibilities of an ITM Teller with traditional branch support, providing exceptional service to our members through both virtual and in-person interactions.

As an ITM Teller & Branch Support Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • ITM Operations:
    • Effectively communicate with members through video, providing clear guidance and support during their transactions.
    • Master all ITM-related technology to ensure a seamless member experience.
    • Process various teller transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, credit card payments, and check cashing.
    • Handle shared branch transactions and process check deposits according to established policies.
  • Branch Support:
    • Assist members with a variety of financial needs, including account inquiries, transfers, check disbursements, and check deposits.
    • Balance and maintain ITM, coin machines, vault cash, branch checks, and money orders, ensuring accuracy and security.
    • Perform minor maintenance tasks on equipment and conduct audits as required.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Possess knowledge of lending and home equity products.
  • Work flexible hours, including Saturdays, to meet the needs of our members.
  • Participate in department meetings, training sessions, credit union promotions, community events, and business development efforts.
