Position: Culinary Support Specialist

Are you eager to begin your journey in the culinary field? We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to become part of our team at a premier assisted living facility. Your role will involve supporting the dynamic kitchen staff with various essential tasks to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning, preparing, and sanitizing dishware, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans
  • Monitoring the functionality of chemical dispensers and managing cleaning supplies
  • Maintaining cleanliness by sweeping, mopping floors, and disposing of waste
  • Assisting with heavy lifting and moving of kitchen items
  • Conducting daily and monthly sanitation of kitchen equipment and surfaces
  • Facilitating meal service in the dining area

Full-time schedule includes weekend shifts.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Background in restaurant, catering, hospitality, or healthcare sectors is advantageous
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Physically fit for demanding cleaning and lifting tasks
