POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Account Executive is tasked with fostering growth and enhancing our client relationships. Our clientele includes distributors, resellers, and installation experts. This role is pivotal in nurturing connections, delivering product insights, securing sales prospects, and driving revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish new client relationships and cultivate ongoing strategic partnerships; Maintain productive relationships with current clients and engage them regularly, especially during new product launches; Regularly assess and validate client needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance product revenue streams.
- Support efforts to achieve broader market penetration.
- Engage potential clients through sales calls, emails, and direct mail, while building an effective network and rapport with prospects.
- Deliver pre-sale and post-sale support that enriches the customer experience, including providing comprehensive company and product information, sales quotes, sample products, and marketing materials; Process sales orders and assist with technical inquiries.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the complete range of products and services; Stay updated on security system technologies through training and research.
- Keep abreast of market trends and product developments.
- Consistently meet or surpass assigned sales goals.
- Perform additional duties as required.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Some travel may be necessary.
- Willingness to work additional hours as needed.
- Ability to train new sales associates and maintain a growth-oriented mindset.
- Physical capability to lift and move products and related office items.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in sales or related fields.
- Experience in the security systems industry is highly preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT/Network, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
