Account Executive, SMB Team Sales

Job Overview

As a key member of our SMB Team Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new business within multiple geographic territories, leveraging your exceptional sales skills and knowledge of T-Mobile products and services to build strong relationships with customers and close deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking to identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoring recommendations to meet customer needs and close business.
  • Work closely with sales managers to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management, participating in training opportunities and sales meetings to stay up-to-date on products and services.
  • Develop creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting to ensure accurate sales projections and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
