Position Overview:

The Right of Way Coordinator will play a vital role in the management of permitting processes, land acquisitions, negotiations, and property research. This position involves providing support for permitting activities, assisting with construction coordination, and overseeing restoration efforts on Right of Way projects across diverse locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the analysis, preparation, review, and interpretation of Land and Right of Way agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licenses.
  • Conduct research and gather real property-related project documentation.
  • Translate data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries submitted by Right of Way field agents.
  • Compile technical data for presentation to the Right of Way project team.
  • Prepare permit applications for the project team.
  • Assist in the preparation of project status, technical, and acquisition reports.
  • Support project teams with document preparation, meeting agendas, and various project-related activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company and site safety protocols.
  • Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Candidates must possess legal authorization to work permanently in the country where this position is located.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited institution is required, or applicable experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
  • Prior internship or relevant consulting experience is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of general real estate law and title work is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment, demonstrating critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, along with facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Must meet the standards to qualify for and maintain the company's vehicle driving privileges as outlined in the Motor Vehicle Safety Policy.
