POSITION SUMMARY:
The Construction Project Coordinator offers administrative, coordination, and field support to the Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent throughout the project lifecycle, from preconstruction to project close-out. Responsibilities include plan and specification review, managing submittals, RFIs, change order requests, procurement documentation, site visits, and more. This role demands strong organizational skills, enthusiasm, commitment, accountability, and a keen desire to learn.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and analyze construction documents.Assist the project manager with the submittal and RFI processes.Examine drawings and specifications for clarifications, discrepancies, and missing information, preparing RFCs and subcontractor abstracts.Create and maintain RFI logs and submittal registers.Prepare weekly project progress reports for owners.Organize job site documentation, including photos and daily reports.Facilitate OAC meetings, preparing and maintaining meeting notes.Assist in the creation and maintenance of master schedules and 3-week look-ahead schedules.Participate in punch walks and assist in creating subcontractor lists.Coordinate the assembly and distribution of closeout documents.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Ability to proactively multitask and prioritize to meet established goals and deadlines.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, construction methods, and regulations.Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in technology and software applications, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and MS Project.Flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Decisive and able to perform well under pressure.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience.Willingness to travel to various projects within the Colorado area.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
