Their primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with Foodservice Operators and Distribution customers, identifying potential sales opportunities, and meeting revenue and volume targets. To achieve this, the TSR conducts sales visits, provides product demonstrations and distributor sales training, and ensures exceptional customer service to drive business growth. Overall, the TSR contributes significantly to Flowers Bakeries' success by promoting its products and services and maintaining its reputation in the market.This position will require flexibility and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.A TSR is responsible for creating and executing strategic sales plans to generate profitable revenue in their assigned territory.
