Must possess a final SECRET security clearance and shall maintain the required security clearance
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university majoring in Business, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, or Statistics with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
At least 3 years of market analysis experience
At least 1 year of experience assessing talent
Ability to analyze data and make recommendation based on trends
Track performance against agreed upon metrics with the government.
Must be available to work on-site at Fort Eisenhower, Georgia.
Must be available to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities of the Human Specialists team:
Develop and Implement a Tracking Tool:
Provide and implement a tracking tool which tracks potential recruits from initial contact to enlistment or commissioning. The tracking tool must includes the name, graduation date/year, email address and phone number of potential recruits.
Using information from the tracking tool, conduct follow-up with potential recruits on a monthly or quarterly basis
Depict feedback methods for recruiting progression and processes
Recruiting Analysis:
Per year, contact at least 2000 candidates to generate at least 100 confirmed acceptances into the Army via enlistment contracts, acceptance into the commissioning program or approval of a Warrant Officer application on a yearly basis.
Per year, create at least 10 Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) Analysis briefings per year to determine PROs, CONs, Benefits, and ROI of each visit to high schools, colleges/universities and career fairs
Prepare graphs and charts as part of the monthly SWOT Analysis briefings to show recruiting and marketing program effectiveness
Internal Recruiting and Marketing Processes
Plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive plan that identifies target markets that generates recruiting leads on a monthly basis
Develop marketing strategies. Marketing strategies must aim to:
Assist in determining which demographics to target during a particular timeframe (pamphlets and marketing materials provided by Cyber School)
Assist the US Army Cyber School in meeting at least 80% of the Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS) annual Cyber quotas by enlisting or commissioning 100 applicants
Travel up to 75% of the time annually to visit at least 12 colleges and universities, 12 STEM, JROTC and Magnet high schools, 4 job/career fairs and 4 professional conferences in a Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY) status.
Attend and participate in Office Chief of Cyber (OCC) weekly office meeting when not in a TDY status
Provide input to the Human Factor Specialist Lead to be incorporated in the Bi-weekly status report
Prepare and submit Trip Reports within five (5) working days upon returning from an event
