Become an integral part of our Personnel team where you will be tasked with executing various personnel-related responsibilities consistently. This role offers essential clerical and administrative assistance to the department while managing specific assigned tasks.

Your Contributions Will Include:
  • Assisting fellow Personnel team members in essential HR functions.
  • Providing administrative support for the Personnel department (including tasks such as filing, scanning, faxing, copying, assembling packets, data entry, managing mailings, distributing mail, and following up on obtaining necessary forms and signatures).
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events like orientation sessions, mandatory employee screenings, and benefits fairs as needed.
  • Overseeing administration and tracking for designated programs and processes.
  • Supporting the recruitment process as required.
  • Managing all aspects of company-issued apparel and gifts, ensuring adequate supplies are consistently available.
  • Participating in cross-training to cover various personnel functions as necessary.
  • Executing additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications We Seek:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Possession of or actively pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of general administrative or HR experience in an office setting is preferred. Basic knowledge of accounting, budgeting, or purchasing is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with HRIS is beneficial (training will be provided).
  • A valid driver's license is required, along with a willingness to travel between locations.
