Day to Day:

An employer is looking for a Chat Support Specialist in the Augusta area – This person will be corresponding on the online chat portal, they may answer general inbound and, when needed, places outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. Takes care of inbound messages and calls and emails relating to general payroll inquiries. Follows basic procedures and scripts, using fundamental knowledge to navigate company's customer information systems and/or order system along with a basic knowledge of the company, services, and products.


MUST HAVES:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a chat center or email support within customer service
  • Extremely professional in both written and verbal communication
  • Able to answer interview questions in the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result)
  • Strong examples of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with different systems


PLUSSES:

  • Knowledge or experience working in multistate payroll
  • Previous ADP experience


Compensation:

$16.50/hr to $18.50/hr.


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
