Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain a high level of sales performance by motivating and leading the sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle selections and purchases.

- Proficient in using sales software and tracking tools.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
