Catering Sales Manager

Orange Hill Restaurant Corporation is seeking a skilled Catering Sales Manager to drive catering sales revenue through proactive selling, planning, and execution of events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate catering sales leads through networking, outreach, and relationship building.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed information on catering options, pricing, and availability.
- Conduct site tours and tastings for potential clients, showcasing our venue and catering offerings.
- Collaborate with clients to customize menus, floor plans, and event details to meet their specific needs and preferences.
- Prepare and present accurate event proposals and contracts, ensuring all details are clearly outlined and agreed upon.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including culinary, operations, and event staff, to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or changes.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including equipment rentals, staffing requirements, and special requests.
- Attend industry events, and networking functions to promote Orange Hill Restaurant Corporation and expand client base.
- Track catering sales metrics and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain organized records of client communications, contracts, and event details using Del-Phi software.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards for service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including creating promotional materials and participating in marketing campaigns as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in catering sales or event planning, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Del-Phi knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, culinary terminology, and event planning best practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
