Summary:
- This individual will support the identification, feasibility, and realization of automation processes to support product development on current and future automation systems.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Use analytical skills to develop reliable automation solutions and prove machine performance in a test lab environment.
- Develop PLC programs, user interface screens, program Fanuc robots and then assemble, wire, and troubleshoot them on the demo room floor.
- Responsible for supporting sales team account managers with robotic cell simulations and system layout simulations.
- Perform efficiency and reliability studies on existing machine product lines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teaming skills with internal teams, external partners, and direct customer interaction required.

- Fanuc robotics programing
- Knowledge of Robo guide simulation software to complete reach studies and cycle time verification
- Experience in Pallet Pro, Handling tool, IR Vision, and IR Pick tool
- Python Programing for Visual Components Simulation software
- AutoCAD 2D and Electrical
- Machine Vision experience
- Mechanical hands-on skills
- Ability to use hand tools to assemble machines.
Education:
A BS or MS in an engineering discipline is preferred (Emphasis on Electrical) 5-8 years of related work experience.
