Summary:

  • This individual will support the identification, feasibility, and realization of automation processes to support product development on current and future automation systems.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Use analytical skills to develop reliable automation solutions and prove machine performance in a test lab environment.
  • Develop PLC programs, user interface screens, program Fanuc robots and then assemble, wire, and troubleshoot them on the demo room floor.
  • Responsible for supporting sales team account managers with robotic cell simulations and system layout simulations.
  • Perform efficiency and reliability studies on existing machine product lines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teaming skills with internal teams, external partners, and direct customer interaction required.

  • Ability to use hand tools to assemble machines.

Education:
A BS or MS in an engineering discipline is preferred (Emphasis on Electrical) 5-8 years of related work experience.
