The ideal Intake Specialist candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities of the Intake Specialist:
  • Respond to inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings
  • Conduct intake interviews to gather relevant information about potential cases
  • Assess the legal needs and eligibility of prospective clients
  • Provide information about the firm's services, practice areas, and legal procedures
  • Assist potential clients in completing intake forms and gathering necessary documentation
  • Enter client information into the firm's case management system accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to prioritize and assign new cases
  • Follow up with potential clients to provide updates and answer any questions
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications for the Intake Specialist:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience
  • Prior Intake or call center experience required
