Tell us why Fleet Landing is where you want to write the next chapter in your life Key Responsibilities: Assist Residents in preparation for therapy appointments, set up, and transportation to and from the therapy department, and assist when needed in care during thee appoints under the supervisor of a licensed therapist Maintain all equipment in good working conditions. Ensure all therapy gyms are clean and organized. Copy, file, and fax orders and other departmental clerical responsibilities. Coordinate the inpatient and out patient therapy staff schedule. Establish new outpatient chart, maintain current patient's charts, collaborate with Medical Records Gather financial and insurance information from Residents. Preforms insurance /Medicare verifications for residents and work with the billing team to ensure payments are rendered Complete intake, release agreements, and other needed forms before the initiation of treatment.Qualifications:Minimum Education Required:High school diploma or equivalent.
