Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key customer decision-makers. Collaborate with experienced team members to drive sales and opportunities. Plan daily to achieve personal and regional sales goals. Project Management: Work with the construction team to deliver services according to contract specifications, budget, schedule, and quality standards. Manage cost reports, analyze budget variances, and recommend strategies to lower project costs. Ensure timely and accurate monthly job billings. Assist in preparing change orders and coordinate receivables and collections with administrative management. Serve as the main contact and trusted advisor to customers on project installation issues. Gather and analyze customer needs and interests, providing clear information on products and services. Ensure all jobs are completed according to plans, budget, and deadlines. Deliver timely and accurate reports, financials, schedules, and budgets. Inspect field work, analyze and resolve problems. Manage labor force and subcontractors to ensure labor budgets are on track. Maintain accurate daily and weekly activity logs; update production tracking reports and generate related reports as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the construction industry. Extensive face-to-face selling experience at mid to senior levels. Experience managing multiple projects and multitasking in a large territory. Ability to create rapport, credibility, and trust-based relationships. Effective qualification of opportunities with key decision makers. Enjoy prospecting and opening new doors. Driven, disciplined, focused, and consider yourself a hunter of new business. Enjoy being challenged with selling to various customer segments. Highly competitive, positive, and results-driven. Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting customer value-based proposals. Enjoy working in a team-selling environment.
