Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Business Development Manager at VaVia based in Nashville, TN, that will require 50% travel. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for working with our franchisees in their market and in our Nashville office generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, developing growth strategies, setting pricing strategies and contributing to the overall sales objectives of the company. This position can evolve into a General Manager role if the candidate is willing to relocation to one of our markets.


Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Building skills
  • Strategic Planning and Growth Strategy development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the waste management or construction industry preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software
