Responsibilities
The Area Relationship Manager will identify new business opportunities, establish strong client relationships, and drive sales growth for our cutting-edge healthcare technology solution, NurseCore/TeamBridge. The role combines sales expertise, technology implementation, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and target prospective clients within the designated area to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual sale targets.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth technology implementation of NurseCore/TeamBridge for new clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-up calls with existing accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Local travel will be extensive. Some weekend or evening hours may be necessary.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of technology implementation processes and a willingness to learn about NurseCore/TeamBridge.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and in a team.
  • Local travel will be extensive. Some weekend or evening hours may be necessary.

Education/Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Proven track record of B2B sales success in healthcare technology solutions or healthcare sales.
