Role Overview:
The Client Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in fostering the growth and development of Coca-Cola and its associated products. This position involves building strong relationships with customers, executing promotional initiatives, and ensuring that accounts are managed in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain rapport with decision-makers at customer locations.
- Manage product orders to maintain optimal inventory levels for consumer purchases.
- Ensure beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of sale are well-stocked and organized.
- Promote new and seasonal items, collaborating with retail managers to maximize sales revenue.
- Maintain backroom storage areas in a safe and accessible manner.
- Negotiate and uphold yearly Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA).
- Collaborate with Delivery Merchandisers to ensure timely restocking and display setups.
- Organize the return of unsellable products, ensuring expired or damaged items are not offered to consumers.
- Attend meetings and contribute to special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or GED) or equivalent certification required.
- Proficiency in CONA, Excel, Outlook, and PDF readers on mobile devices.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- Driving record must comply with company vehicle policy.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
