Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with ICF's CRM strategists and partner experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead integrations from legacy applications and be responsible for programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with team members to scope and implement complex business solutions.
  • Support the implementation and management of a CRM solution to track bilateral and multilateral relationships with cyber partners.
  • Participate in the complete application life cycle from technical design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of a high-quality solution.
  • Support the rollout of the solution, including offering training and support for partnership teams.
  • Identify and recommend creative solutions to manage relationships.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources regarding status, risks, and any technical issues.
  • Engage in reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience with customer relationship management solutions.
  • Experience in helping coordinate with team members and capturing information to share with other stakeholders.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming principles, data structures, data modeling, design patterns, relational database systems, and operating systems.
  • Ability to debug and resolve technical bugs/issues.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
