The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.
What you’ll do:- Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assists field staff with their assigned duties, particularly in regards to paperwork completion, review and submittal.
- Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
- Maintains office and shop inventory.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to teach and train others.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Paid health plan after 60 days
- 401K after 1 year
- 40 hours PTO after 1 year, additional 8 hours per year afterwards
