Requirements
- Previous experience in Accounting software and Office Administration
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Great typing skills (40 WPM+) Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with Small Business atmosphere
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and vendors
- Data entry - Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Account Reconciliations, Billing, new customer set-up
- Answer all incoming calls
- Process customer orders, prepare invoice, box the shipment, prepare UPS label
- Create photo ID badges for walk-in customers and email orders: enter data into ID software, take digital photo, print to card printer
- Process incoming inventory and perform periodic inventory counts
