Our client in Austin, Texas is undertaking a major Salesforce implementation and seeks a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead the project. This role involves managing an internal Salesforce team and overseeing the implementation vendor. This is a long-term contract with a hybrid work arrangement.
Requirement/Qualifications:
- Proven experience with enterprise-wide Salesforce implementations
- Skilled in managing vendors and project management tasks
- Proficient with MS Project or similar tools
- Ability to perform both project management and analyst duties
- Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks and issues mitigation
- Available for onsite meetings in Austin weekly
Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of the Salesforce project, including planning, implementation, and support
- Manage and coordinate with implementation vendors to ensure project success
- Handle project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
- Perform analyst-level tasks, including requirements gathering and process mapping
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates
- Attend onsite meetings in Austin at least once a week
