Key Responsibilities- Template Design and Development: Create and customize CLM templates to meet business requirements.
- Contract Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of contract elements, the e-signature workflow, and library clause principles.
- Signature Solutions: Experience with Docusign or Conga Sign is essential.
- Contract Redlining Expertise: Demonstrate strong skills in contract redlining processes.
- Agreement Management: Manage agreement protection, query templates, and X-Author template migration functionalities.
- Conga Proficiency: Preferable expertise in Conga functionalities including Wizard Configuration, cycle time grouping, and document assembly rulesets.
- Data Management Implementation: Lead the implementation of effective data management strategies.
- Salesforce Development: Extensive experience in Salesforce Lightning, flows, triggers, Apex, LWC, and Aura Components.
- Deployment Processes: Familiarity with the Copado deployment process.
- Project Management: Significant experience utilizing Jira for project tracking.
- Integration Skills: Capable of integrating with both upstream and downstream applications.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working within Agile Scrum frameworks and utilizing relevant tools.
