Project Deliverables:

  • Create an execution plan for the platform.
  • Design the organizational strategy and data architecture for Salesforce implementation.
  • Develop and implement a new organizational strategy for the agency.
  • Establish and execute an environment promotion strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of a stabilization strategy.
  • Migrate to a new pristine organization with appropriate licensing for external users.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of Service Cloud capabilities and features.
  • Certifications in Salesforce Administration, Advanced Administration, Platform Builder, and Technical Architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing custom configurations and applications using Salesforce LPI, Visualforce, and Lightning.
  • Proficient in Salesforce organization management.
