We are searching for an individual with a meticulous eye for detail that is proactive, has exceptional organizational skills and is prepared to roll up their sleeves. You will have an opportunity to work closely with the CHRO while supporting the following areas through project work:

Key Responsibilities:

General HR Support:

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely assistance on HR-related matters.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
  • Supporting the CHRO with Travel, expenses, PO’s, event planning
Event Coordination:
  • Organize and coordinate career fairs and internal events, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
  • Manage event timelines, vendor relations, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful event execution.
  • Allocate time and effort to ensure seamless planning and execution of each event, from initial concept to post-event evaluation.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews and candidate travel, and assisting with career fairs and social media.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and timely.
Employee Records Management:
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle HR documentation, including contracts, employee forms, and termination paperwork.
Training and Development:
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars and maintain training records.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee development programs
Benefits Administration:
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and address any benefits-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers and ensure timely processing of benefits changes and claims.
Payroll Support:
  • Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Address payroll-related queries and assist with payroll reconciliations.
Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal and company standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment.
Employee Relations:
  • Provide support in handling employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
  • General knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • UKG experience
  • HR Software knowledge
