Collaborates with internal stakeholders/leadership to forecast labor needs and plan recruiting strategies to meet demand.Reporting - Tracks and reports applicant flow, procurement costs, and requisition tracking to report function performance and make improvements as necessary.  Measures team performance to business goals and provides data driven recommendations.Compliance - Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations.  Drives EEO, OFCCP, and AA initiatives including selection and evaluation of search firms, review of external offers, assessment and selection training, as well as compliance with EEO regulations, to ensure high-quality candidates are recruited and hired while compliance to regulations is maintained. Keeps abreast of industry trends, and recommends improvements to appropriate policies and procedures, with analysis to support changes.Leads and coordinates work of direct reports, providing coaching and mentoring support, to ensure proper development of skills and competencies and to achieve department goals.Evaluate labor vendor requests and collaborate with purchasing to get vendors approved and purchase orders set up. Maintain relationships with active vendors and a database of those vendors for Hiring Manager discussions around labor needs.                 Serves as leader for various programs/projects and communicates project objectives, updates, and results to all appropriate audiences.
