This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is in Portland, Oregon and is hybrid with onsite work 1 - 2 days weekly.
The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $36.11 - $38.57 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate will possess the minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, accounting, computer science, or related field is preferred.
5 year of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
7 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
9 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of program support and coordination and progressively more technical in nature.
Knowledge of and experience related to energy efficiency program implementation.
Strong data analysis and writing skills, sufficient to analyze data and create reports or technical documents.

Intermediate to advanced SharePoint skills sufficient to create content, publish to website, delete vs. archive identification, site management, create lists, libraries, links, etc.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
