Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Office Support Specialist to assist individuals involved in domestic violence cases. This role requires a dedicated and efficient team player who can inspire and facilitate positive behavioral changes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the community by supporting individuals in holding themselves accountable for their actions while guiding them towards better choices.

Work Schedule:

  • Varied hours with a consistent schedule
  • Evenings and Saturdays are required
  • Initial part-time hours with potential for full-time advancement

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting pay at $19.00 per hour, with performance-based raises
  • Gym membership reimbursement after 90 days
  • Medical and dental insurance available after 90 days
  • Paid time off and retirement plan after 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
